Here at Mt. Everest Cuisine we offer you the authentic tastes straight out of the traditional kitchens of Nepal and India, which is surely to take you on a blissful journey to the Himalayas and the culturally diverse cities of India. Whether you like hot spicy food or just exploring to expand your food experience, you came to the right place. We take pride on our cooking and we will prepare your food with utmost care and attention to cater to your taste preference.
The Nepalese native, head chef and the owner Mr. Bhuwan Bhattarai got his culinary trainings on both theory and practical from a highly accredited, India National Institute Center of Mumbai in 1995. Furthermore he got to fine-tune and refine his skills at the Alison Hotel in Punjab, India for almost a decade till he returned to his home country Nepal in 2005. He then served in the culinary department at the prestigious Manang Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu for couple of years before deciding to take the leap to the States and try his luck here.
Mr. Bhuwan had been providing his service as a head chef in couple of Nepalese and Indian restaurants around Denver since 2007 till he felt confident to venture out on his own, and hence we have Mount Everest Cuisine. Bhuwan has mastered the art of creating the fusion of traditional Nepalese and Indian dishes to cater to the western guests so you can be assured that you are going to get a delightful meal and wont be disappointed. Together with wife Radha who holds down the floor while he manages the kitchen, they will make sure you have a very pleasant dining experience.
